Sunday Evenings at St.Mary’s

1st Sunday

Evensong: 6.30pm

A traditional service for the close of the day with sung hymns, psalms and prayers with organ and a sung anthem from the choir.


5th  Sunday

Film Night: 6.30pm

Held in the crypt room, an opportunity to share the experiences of a film with others. Bring your own drinks and popcorn!

4th Sunday

Sacred Silence Meditational prayer: 6.30pm

A silent meditation, in which we focus all our mind, heart and soul on the presence of God.

3rd Sunday

 Sacrament of Healing & Anointing 6.00pm.

 Following the practice of the early Church, all Christians are offered God’s love through the laying on of hands and anointing with the oil of healing.

2nd  Sunday

Lucenarium: 6.pm

This follows an ancient tradition celebrating the Light of Christ in the symbol of the Easter Candle.
